1. Corsair K95 RGB Platinum XT

Our top pick for the best Corsair keyboard

Corsair K95 RGB Platinum XT Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
  • Wired Design

  • 6-Macro Keys

Our Rating: 9.4/10

At just under $170 the K95 RGB Platinum XT is one of Corsair’s premium gaming keyboard options—and, for good reason, too. The K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard is a mechanical keyboard that is available in three different switches (MX Blue, MX Brown, and MX Speed Silver.)

The keyboard offers per-key RGB customization (that means you can change the RGB lighting on each individual key), it comes with a detachable wrist rest, it offers six dedicated macro keys, and comes with Corsair’s iCUE software.

Ultimately, the K95 RGB Platinum XT is an extremely well-built keyboard the comes with a ton of customization options and premium features. And, if you have the budget to cover the high pricetag, you likely won’t be disappointed.

2. Corsair K70 RGB

Our runner-up Corsair keyboard pick

If you don’t quite want to spend ~$170 on a gaming keyboard, but you do have a considerable budget and you are looking for a high-end keyboard, Corsair’s K70 RGB is worth checking out. At just under ~$130, it is much more affordable than the K95 RGB Platinum XT.

And, like the K95 RGB Platinum XT, the Corsair K70 RGB comes with per-key lighting, mechanical switches, and Corsair’s iCUE customization software. However, unlike the K95, the K70 doesn’t come with multiple switch options or dedicated macro keys.

But, if you can do with those, you can save a good chunk of change by opting for the K70 over the K95 without sacricing too much performance.

3. Corsair K68 RGB

The best value Corsair keyboard

Another option that delivers a high-end gaming keyboard experience, but won’t cost as much as the K95, is Corsair’s K68 keyboard. At just under ~$110, the Corsair K68 is significantly cheaper than the K95 and abotu ~$20 cheaper than the K70.

It doesn’t come with dedicated macro keys or multiple switch options, but it does offer per-key RBG lighting, Corsair’s iCUE software, Cherry MX switches, 100% anti-ghosting, and full key rollover.

Or, in other words, the Corsair K68 offers all of the main features you’d expect out of a premium gaming keyboard. It just doesn’t have those extra features that push it into the extreme category like the K95 listed above does. So, the bottom line is that if you’re looking for a high-end gaming keyboard and you have a moderate budget to spend on it, the Corsair K68 should be on your radar.

4. CORSAIR K57 RGB

The best wireless Corsair keyboard

  • Wireless Design
  • Membrane Switches
  • Customizable RGB
  • 6-Macro Keys

For those of you that prefer wireless peripherals, Corsair’s K57 keyboard is an option worth considering. It isn’t as high-end of a wireless keyboard as something like Logitech’s G915 (check out our list of the best Logitech keyboards), but it is a more affordable option.

Its main downfall is that it doesn’t come with mechanical switches. However, that’s one of the main reasons it is able to offer wireless connectivity, per-key RGB lighting, and six dedicated macro keys all for under $100. When compared to Logitech’s G915, which does have mechanical switches and is a wireless keyboard, the Corsair K57 comes in at over ~$150 difference. And, while there are some other differences between the two boards, the lack of mechanical switches is the main one.

So, the bottom line is that, unless you have a huge budget, you’re going to have to sacrifice some features if you want a wireless gaming keyboard. And, of the wireless keyboard options out there, Corsair’s K57 strikes a nice balance between the price it comes in at and the features it offers.

5. Corsair K55 RGB

The best budget Corsair keyboard

Last but not least, we have Corsair’s K55 RGB gaming keyboard. While the K55 doesn’t offer the same extensive list of high-end features as the options listed above, it will still serve as an excellent option for budget-oriented gamers.

At just under $50, the K55 is easily the most affordable option on this list. However, despite its low pricetag, it still offers features like six dedicated macro keys, RGB lighting, 8-key rollover, anti-ghosting, and a detachable wrist rest.

And, for that price, that’s about as good as you’re going to find—especially for an option that will carry the guarantee that going with a reputable brand like Corsair will give you. So, if you’re looking for a sub-$50 gaming keyboard that will give you dedicated macro keys and RGB lighting, the Corsair K55 is worth considering.
