At the time of this update, Skytech’s O11 Vision was the lowest-priced RTX 5090 gaming PC I could find available on Amazon.
It comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, an NVIDIA RTX 5090 graphics card, and 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory. The combination of the 9800X3D and RTX 5090 is about as good as it gets for gaming right now and is more than powerful enough to run demanding games at 4K.
The rest of the configuration is also well-balanced. You get a 2TB Gen4 NVME SSD, an X870 motherboard, a 1000-watt Gold-rated ATX 3 power supply, Wi-Fi 7, and a 360mm AIO cooler.
Skytech houses everything inside a white Lian Li PC-O11 Vision case. The case’s glass front, glass side panel, and glass top give this Skytech desktop a cleaner and more premium appearance than most prebuilts.
The only notable limitation is the 32GB of memory. That is still more than enough for gaming, but users who need a workstation for memory-heavy professional applications may prefer a system with 64GB.

Another lower-priced RTX 5090 option on Amazon is Lenovo’s Legion Tower 7i Gen 10. At the time of this update, it was priced just behind the Skytech O11 Vision listed above.
Instead of an AMD X3D processor, the Legion comes with Intel’s 24-core Core Ultra 9 285K. The 285K is particularly well-suited for heavily threaded productivity workloads, making this system an appealing option for anyone who needs a high-end gaming PC that can also handle demanding professional applications.
The RTX 5090 will do most of the heavy lifting in 4K games, so the Legion will still provide excellent gaming performance despite not coming with an X3D processor.
This configuration also includes 32GB of DDR5 memory, a 1TB NVME SSD, liquid CPU cooling, a 1200-watt power supply, and Windows 11 Pro.
The biggest weakness is its storage capacity. A 1TB SSD is small for a desktop in this price range, especially with newer games regularly requiring well over 100GB of storage. Storage can be expanded later, but the Skytech system gives you twice as much space out of the box.
Ultimately, the Legion Tower 7i makes the most sense for someone who values the Core Ultra 9 processor’s productivity performance. For a system that will primarily be used for gaming, the cheaper Skytech configuration is the better value.

HP OMEN MAX 45L Overview

It comes with AMD’s 12-core, 24-thread Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor, an NVIDIA RTX 5090 graphics card, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and a 1TB NVME SSD.
The 9900X3D gives you the gaming benefits of AMD’s 3D V-Cache while providing four more cores than the Ryzen 7 9800X3D in the Skytech system. That makes the OMEN a solid middle ground for gaming, streaming, content creation, and other heavily threaded workloads.
HP’s second-generation Cryo Chamber separates the CPU cooling system from the rest of the components to help feed it cooler outside air. The system also includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth, RGB lighting, and Windows 11 Pro.
Like the Lenovo desktop, though, this OMEN only includes a 1TB SSD. That is difficult to overlook when the cheaper Skytech system comes with a 2TB drive.
This is also a marketplace-upgraded configuration rather than a standard retail configuration sold directly by HP. Check the Amazon seller, warranty coverage, and return terms before purchasing.
If you want an X3D processor with more productivity performance than the 9800X3D, the OMEN MAX 45L is worth considering. Otherwise, the Skytech O11 Vision offers similar gaming performance, more storage, and a lower current price.
