Best CyberPowerPC Gaming PC

Like with iBUYPOWER gaming desktops, CyberPowerPC has risen in popularity thanks mostly to their willingness to keep their prices lower than their competitors.

Gamer Supreme – 9950X + 5090 Overview

CyberPowerPC’s best prebuilt desktop available at online retailers right now is probably this configuration of their Gamer Supreme lineup. This desktop comes with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor, an NVIDIA RTX 5090 graphics card, and 64GB of DDR5 memory.

The combination of the Ryzen 9 9950X and RTX 5090 is good enough to have you maxing out basically anything you throw at it, even at higher resolutions (4K).

However, we would have preferred to see an X3D CPU in this extremely expensive system (either the 9800X3D or 9950X3D), as the X3D chips do help in games that are CPU-bound. But, the 9950X is a great CPU as well and when combined with the 64GB of RAM, this setup will work well as both a gaming PC and a workstation system.

This configuration also comes with an AIO CPU cooler, a 4TB NVME SSD, and a tempered glass panoramic-style case.

It should be noted, though, that at its just-over-$5,000 pricetag, there are better RTX 5090 prebuilt systems out there if you main goal is gaming. For instance, this Skytech gaming PC offers a 9950X3D CPU and costs quite a bit less.

  • RAM: 32GB DDR5
  • SSD: 2TB NVME

Pros & Cons

  • Close to the best CPU/GPU combination
  • X3D CPU will handle CPU-heavy titles well
  • Panoramic case design
  • 6 preinstalled ARGB fans
  • Lower perf. than 5090-based system

Gamer Supreme – 9800X3D + 5080 Overview

The next best option from CyberPowerPC is probably this RTX 5080-based desktop. This system comes with the coveted Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, an NVIDIA RTX 5080 GPU, and 32GB of RAM.

With both the 9800X3D and RTX 5080, this desktop will be handle games at 1440P and 4K resolutions with no problems. You won’t quite reach the same performance as the configuration listed above—especially at 4K resolution—but it will still be pretty good. And it costs over $2,000 less.

This desktop also comes with a 2TB NVME SSD, an AIO cooler, and a tempered glass panoramic-style case.

However, like with the Gamer Supreme configuration above, there are better-priced RTX 5080 desktop alternatives from competitors, including this Skytech RTX 5080 system that offers a similar hardware array and costs ~$350 less.

Gamer Supreme – 7800X3D + 9070

  • Not a lot of storage for the price

Gamer Supreme – 7800X3D + 9070 Overview

While the two desktops above are two of CyberPowerPCs most powerful prebuilt desktop options right now, they are both overshadowed by their competitor’s similarly-specced and better-priced options.

However, this configuration of the Gamer Supreme is a much better value proposition from CyberPowerPC. It comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, and AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card, and 32GB of DDR5 memory.

At just $1,850, that’s a really good CPU/GPU combination for a prebuilt desktop. And even though the 7800X3D is a bit older than the 9800X3D, it still performs fairly similar in most games—so you really won’t lost much performance there.

The downsides of this build are that it only comes with a 1TB NVME SSD out-of-the-box, so if you have a bigger game library you may either want to look elsewhere, or consider adding additional storage out of the gate.

Another factor about this PC that might turn certain buyers off is that it comes with an AMD GPU. The RX 9070 is a very powerful GPU option, but it doesn’t come with NVIDIA’s more powerful upscaling and raytracing performance. So, if you want to utilize upscaling and you use raytracing whenever possible, this may not be the best option for you.

Ultimately, though, this is CyberPowerPC’s best prebuilt system currently available for under $2,000.

Gamer Xtreme – 14700F + 5060 Ti (16GB)

A decent CyberPowerPC option for under $1,500.

CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme - 14700F + RTX 5060 Ti 16GB

PC Specs

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-14700F
  • COOL: Air cooler
  • GPU: RTX 5060 Ti (16GB)
  • RAM: 16GB DDR5
  • SSD: 1TB NVME

Pros & Cons

  • Good performance at 1440P resolution
  • Good upscaling/raytracing perf.
  • White-themed PC case
  • No X3D chip = less perf. in CPU-heavy titles
  • Not a lot of storage/RAM for the price

Gamer Xtreme – 14700F + 5060 Ti (16GB) Overview

This configuration of CyberPowerPC’s Gamer Xtreme lineup offers a more modest configuration at a much more affordable price. At a little under $1,500 this system offers an Intel Core i7-14700F processor, an NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti (16GB) GPU, and 16GB of RAM.

The CPU and GPU combination are good enough to have you maxing out most games on a 1440P resolution at a high enough framerate to where you can take advantage of a higher refresh rate display.

The 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD are pretty disappointing for a desktop in this price range. If you do choose this system, we’d recommend that you consider upgrading those to at least 32GB of RAM and 2+TB of storage space quickly.

This system also comes with a white-themed tempered glass case, a single tower air cooler, and some RGB lighting.

Ultimately, this is a decent hardware configuration for under $1,500, but like with all prebuilt systems, you start to sacrifice a bit more as you get to these lower price levels.

Gamer Xtreme – 13400F + 5060

The best budget CyberPowerPC desktop under $1,000.

CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme - 13400F + RTX 5060

PC Specs

    • CPU: Intel Core i5-13400F
    • COOL: Downdraft cooler
    • GPU: RTX 5060 8GB
    • RAM: 16GB DDR5
    • SSD: 1TB NVME

Pros & Cons

  • Good 1080P gaming performance
  • Very affordable pricetag
  • Only comes with 16GB of RAM
  • GPU’s 8GB of VRAM isn’t ideal
  • Not a lot of storage out-of-the-box

Gamer Xtreme – 13400F + 5060 Overview

For you budget-oriented gamers, this configuration of CyberPowerPC’s Gamer Xtreme lineup might make the most sense. With a pricetag under $1,000, this system is affordable and it’s powerful enough for modern 1080P gaming.

It comes with an Intel Core i5-13400F processor, an RTX 5060 GPU, and 16GB of DDR5 memory. This isn’t a strong hardware array when you consider how much better of a system you could build for the same price (see this $1,000 gaming PC build), but it’s a pretty standard setup for a prebuilt system in this price range.

The 13400F and RTX 5060 should combine to give you solid 1080P performance, but the 8GB of VRAM that the 5060 comes with isn’t ideal, especially when you consider that games are starting to utilize more and more VRAM.

But, again, this is a pretty standard configuration from a prebuilt desktop in this price range, so if the lack of VRAM bother you, you either need to build your own system, or spend a little more.

Ultimately, though, if you’re looking for a prebuilt desktop that will allow you to max out most games on a 1080P display, this Gamer Xtreme configuration will do it.

What is the Best CyberPowerPC Gaming Desktop Right Now?

The best CyberPowerPC desktop is their RTX 5090 edition Gamer Supreme system. However, if you are working with a lower budget, CyberPowerPC has a bunch of other systems that will accommodate your needs, including their two Gamer Xtreme configurations.

Ultimately, CyberPowerPC has made a name for themselves by selling a wide range of gaming desktop options on Amazon at competitive prices. They offer high-end liquid-cooled gaming PCs with extreme hardware configurations and they offer budget-friendly desktops that are perfect for 1080P gaming, too. So, if you’re in the market for a new gaming PC, you might want to check out CyberPowerPC’s systems as well as our recommendations for some of their top options.
