Best RTX 3090 Gaming PCIf you’re looking for a new extreme gaming desktop PC, in this guide, we’ve covered a handful of the best RTX 3090 gaming PCs currently on the market.

While it has been difficult to find NVIDIA’s new RTX 3090 GPUs in stock anywhere, one way you can get a new RTX 3090 is to just buy a prebuilt gaming PC or get a custom PC that has one in it.

Since NVIDIA has deals with prebuilt PC companies to sell them a certain number of cards before releasing their stock, there are quite a few gaming desktops currently available that have an RTX 3090 in them and come with a reasonable pricetag.

So, if you’re looking for an entirely new system and you don’t want to wait around for an RTX 3090 to become available—or, you don’t want to pay a premium for an RTX 3090 on its own—check out the recommended desktops below.

If you’re looking for a high-end RTX 3090 gaming PC that comes with a ton of memory and plenty of storage, then the CUK Mantis is worth checking out.

Along with the monstrous RTX 3090, the CUK Mantis comes with an Intel Core i9-12900KF, 64GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB SSD, a secondary 2TB hard drive, and a Gold-rated 850-watt power supply. The system also comes with six green LED fans, an AIO cooler, and a tempered glass PC case.

All-in-all, for just under $4,700, you can land yourself a prebuilt gaming desktop that comes with the world’s most powerful graphics card. If you have the money to spend, the CUK Mantis is a great choice. Although, before you make up your mind on this system, you might want to check out some of the desktops listed below for some alternative options.

Another RTX 3090 gaming PC from CUK (Computer Upgrade King), the Continuum Micro offers essentially the same core components as the Mantis, except that it comes in a smaller micro-ATX case. So, if you’re looking for a smaller form-factor option, the Continuum might make more sense for you.

It comes with an Intel Core i9-11900KF processor, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1TB SSD, a secondary 2TB HDD, a 850-watt power supply, and an AIO liquid cooler.

The bottom line, though, is that if you prefer a smaller system, or if you don’t like the aesthetics of the Mantis, then the Continuum is a worthy alternative.

3. CUK Mantis Ryzen

If you want to spend a little more to get a workstation-grade system, then this upgraded CUK Mantis system are worth considering.

This version of the Mantis comes with an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor, 128GB of memory, a 1TB SSD, and a 4TB hard drive. With the swap to the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X over the Intel Core i9-11900KF, this Mantis edition PC will be especially suited for handling multi-threaded tasks. And, with the additional memory and extra storage, it is the perfect option for anyone doing serious graphics design, video editing/processing, game design, or any other CPU-intensive tasks.

So, if you need an RTX 3090 system that can double as both an elite-tier gaming PC and a powerful workstation desktop, the CUK Mantis Ryzen edition is probably your best bet.

Although the Skytech Prism II is currently the cheapest RTX 3090 desktop you can buy, it is no slouch. And, in fact, if your main purpose for your new system is gaming, the Prism II might just be the best option on this list.

With an AMD Ryzen 9 5800X processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD, this PC has everything a hardcore gamer could need. The combination of the Ryzen 9 5800X and the RTX 3090 are more than powerful enough to max out any game you throw at it, even on a 4K gaming monitor.

So, if you don’t want to spend the extra money on additional RAM or extra storage space (which can easily be added later) and/or you don’t need the extra processing power (the Ryzen 9 3900X is still extremely powerful), then the Skytech Prism II is definitely worth checking out.

While at the time of writing this guide, you can’t technically build an RTX 3090 PC right now due to extremely limited stock, if you are lucky enough to get your hands on an RTX 3090 graphics card, building your own system is a smart way to go.

With this build, and an assumed cost of ~$2,500 for an RTX 3090 graphics card, we’ve shown you how you can build a very powerful RTX 3090 gaming desktop for a little over $3,500. That’s nearly ~$300 less than the next cheapest option on this list. And, of course, everything in this part list is customizable.

For this build, we went with an Intel Core i7-12700K CPU, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, an 850-watt power supply, a 240mm AIO cooler, and a tempered glass full tower case.

So, the bottom line is that, if you’re willing to build your own high-end gaming PC and you can find an RTX 3090 graphics card for sale, building your own system can save you a lot of money without you having to sacrifice very much performance.

What is the Best RTX 3090 Gaming PC?

Right now, the best RTX 3090 gaming PC is the CUK Mantis or the CUK Continuum Micro. However, if you’re looking to save as much money as possible, the Skytech Prism II is the cheapest RTX 3090 desktop currently available.

Ultimately, if you have a huge budget and you want the most powerful gaming PC possible, you’re likely going to want a desktop that has an RTX 3090 GPU in it. While building your own gaming PC is usually the best route to go (in our opinion), at the moment it is difficult to find an RTX 3090 graphics card (on its own) at a reasonable price. So, as of right now, the best way to get a new RTX 3090 inside of a gaming PC is to buy a prebuilt desktop that already has one in it.

And, in this guide, we’ve highlighted five of the best prebuilt RTX 3090 gaming PCs to help you find the right option for your needs.
